  This is the only Bank of America branch I refuse to enter. Their manager is a total witch (to put it nicely) and everyone who works here seems to be inept. Often, I'll walk in here and there will be a long line, one teller working, with the manager standing at the door asking people what they're there there for. First off, get behind the counter and help people get on with their day. Secondly, she is the most abrasive woman in the world--someone who seems angry with life, condescending because she thinks she is a big deal, and just all someone you don't want to talk to.
