  A friend of mine highly recommended this insurance company to me. I am so pleased with their personalized service, care and attention to details. I usually talk to Andy, but everyone else I have dealt with have been wonderful. I accidentally contacted Andy on his personal cell phone and I was so embarrassed when his greeting of "hello" immediately tipped me off that I hadn't reached the company line. He couldn't have been nicer and when I suggested I call a different number during business hours, he pleasantly insisted that I let him help me with my issue without hanging up. When an agent is that friendly and caring, I know I'm in the right hands! I was with AAA for decades and there is no comparison of the style of service I am now receiving by Andy and the rest of the team. My AAA representative didn't go out of his way to give me any personalized care, I almost always had to leave a message and I never felt like he was eager to find ways of helping me save on my rates. With The Allstate Team I literally get frequent reminders and updates of things I can do or have neglected to do to save me money in all kinds of ways. They always take care of my issues promptly, they are super friendly and true experts. What more could I ask for?! I find it very heartwarming to deal with a business that lets you know they truly care and try their best to help with any and all of my insurance needs and concerns. This insurance company is truly a gem and I would highly recommend them to all!

  Kirsten is the best insurance agent! She's always accessible, if not by phone by email. She's extremely thorough and detailed with everything she does. She works with your finances and always tries to get you the best rates possible. She's very genuine and extremely caring! If you have an agent or are looking for one you should set up an appointment with her. She doesn't rush her clients into decisions and gives you all of the information she possibly can to help you make the best decision for yourself.

• Review of "Royal Gas & Oil" at Royal Oak

  I filled up my car last week (in the AM) at this gas station and my car died the very same afternoon while driving! Towed to mechanic - ran diagnostic, did tune up and fixed crank sensor (unrelated existing problem). We all thought it was the crank sensor that killed my car! Picked up my car 2 days later and engine started shaking whenever stopped at traffic light/idling, then car died twice again during the week! Brought back to mechanic and they couldn't pinpoint the problem. Ran into a neighbor today and found out he had the same problem with his car AFTER getting gas @ this same station!!!! His problem stopped after putting fuel injection cleaner + gas from another station in his car! I just did the same to my car and I can't wait to drive it the next few days to see if that will fix the problem (I sure hope it will!). Either way I will NEVER return to this gas station again!!!

  Mr. Margolis provided highly favorable results and for an extremely reasonable fee. I used him for my divorce and have referred him to 2 friends for their divorces and one other friend for a custody matter. Each of these people has since offered their extreme gratitude for referring them to Mr. Margolis.
